4How do I check the status of my order?
Our order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit and Debit Cards,Netbanking, EMI and also ITZ Cash Cards. We also accept payment via "Cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product.

3Is there a purchase limit for Cash on Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a maximum limit of Rs. 3000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking, ITZ Cash Card, EMI, Debit Card or Credit Card.

Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
2I should have received my order by now but I have not. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. You can add your complaint by filling the below form or do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

Return Policy

1What is Rivistyle's return policy?
-Rivistyle.com's 3 Day Returns Policy: Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 011-41802351 (9am-9pm) or You can add your complaint by filling the below form within a period of 8 days, from the delivered date. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. For any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page. Refund/ replacement for merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of product. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Rivistyle.com" 3 Day Returns Policy.

Rivistyle doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 3 days of registering the complaint on the below mentioned address. E-209, Flatted Factory Complex, Phase-III, Okhla, New Delhi–110020 NOTE: Incase we don't receive your product with 3 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.

Replacement Policy

Mandatory Pre-requisites to claim Refund/ Replacement-
As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging and invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition to the below mentioned address-

Rivistyle doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product. Therefore, we encourage you to return your product within 3 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ Rivistyle.

NOTE: Incase we don't receive your product with 3 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.

Q - Under what conditions replacement will be provided?
Ans - In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement.

We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.

There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.

The merchandise got damaged during transit.

You have received a wrong size/ size doesn't fit as desired.

You have 3 days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to request for replacement as per Rivistyle.com's return policy.
